I was just being informed by my supervisor that my CEP has increased.
Can somebody enlighten me what this CEP is all about? Thanks in advance. |
basically it means career end point. increased means that ur "ceiling" is higher and might be promoted a bit faster! need experts to confirm here! congrats btw!

I need some advice from experienced seniors here. I am trying to apply for a civil service job (2nd lower, general degree). Is it difficult for 2nd lower grads to get a job in civil service?
Also, I mass send to any openings that I am interested in. But because I have no specialisation, I end up sending alot even within one same company. Could that be the reason why I don't receive any response from the HRs in the stat boards/ ministries? What would increase the chance of one getting noticed? Thank you! |

How much does SPF rank salaries differ? I'm referring to those above ASP.
Deputy Superintendent (DSP), Superintendent (SUP), DAC, AC, SAC and DC. I got an offer $4.4K to sign on as INSP in the SPF recently since they have a new ranking scheme ongoing. Fast track promotion to ASP is based on performance, which I look forward to. ://morethanjustajob.spf.sg/#!uniformed_careers/content/6/3 |
