Depends on your age.
If you are relatively young, like early 30s, you are doing fine.
If you are much older, then this is just so-so or poor.

Input the following:
What class of honours?
NS or non- NS?
2006 - MX13 - $3000
2007 - MX12 - $3xxx (promotion + MI)
2008 - ...
2009
2010
2011
2012
2013
2014
2015 - MX10 - $9000
Please fill in the missing data, stating reason for pay increment (either Promotion or MI or wage adjustment), any your performance grade "A/B or C" for every year
Then we can analyse if the data make sense.

10 years for a male with NS, 4 year degree course would make you around 35 years old now. Real or not, only the poster knows. But if it's real then this is quite decent, may even be above average.
