Non Academic Positions in ITE

I am wondering what is the salary scale for ITE DIV 1 employees, specially pay range for Senior Officer in ITE.

I have graduated in 2007 with a merit degree in Mech Engine from NUS and worked in various government agencies.

Hi. I've applied for a few positions in policy making with the civil service and was called up for interview. However, I'm wasn't offered for a job. I wonder is it got to do with my interview skills.

May I ask what are the interviewers looking out for?

And how should I answer the question like "why do you want to join civil service?"

There are 2 subgrades within mx11. One needs to be promoted from 11a to 11b to have ceiling of $7190

The slash is the salary bar. In order to be considered seriously for next promotion, you'll have to cross this bar first. There could be exception to this norm in some instances, but it's few and far apart.
