How come only MX and MSO get increment? Uniformed officers not human? Standing under sun and rain was balanced with better pay, but now with this increment, the deskbound clerks all get same pay as us. They trying to get uniformed officers to convert scheme or get more corruption cases?

why working in GLC = loser,
all my friend from ST same batch all getting this kind of around my salary(3.8-4k) after close to 5 years....and we all are loser....
please la.....
1 of my colleague a degree even more loser, 9 years plus, only hit 4.1k(2promotion included)
my supervisor(degree n 3 promotion) 18 years exp with ST , an A grader for the past few years, only getting around 6.5k..
All ST people by your definition is loser...because the increment SUX

So promotion means to the number; then what is this salary bar and performance? Does it mean you get D you get stuck on the lower bar, but you get B/C you can get increment till the next bar?
