Salary Expectation
I'm currently working as software consultant where the main customer group are financial institutions.
I hope to be able to switch job to work in banks doing project/vendor management.
Can someone in the similar position enlighten me about the pay structure (basic pay, aws, bonus etc) and working hours?
Would asking for $60k/pa (basic) be realistic?
If not, what should my basic pay expectation be.
I'm a degree holder and have 3.5yrs of IT experience out of which 2.5yrs are banking related.
I'm interested in IT audit.
Would my experience in this field be relevant?
What's the remuneration package, working hours and job expectation like?
Since most of my experience are banking related, isit advisable for me to switch or should i stay on.
I'm interested in either industry though i've limited exposure in IT audit.
