Anyone worked in ST kinetic before

Does anyone know about working in ST kinetic? i'd like to receive some feedback.

How is the working environment, people and culture over there?
is it army style management?

Does most staffs leave on the dot without OT?

I would appreciate if there are replies.

What is the working hours? How the environment there? people there easy to work with. Anyone working in kinetic before, can u share yr experience there.

Working hours wise it's usually 60-70hr work week. They used to justify this by giving very high bonus, but I think this year will be very low. Culture very typical local company top down follow orders don't ask. People quite ok, but of course you need to be realistic about their caliber, good people won't waste their time there, it's mainly a retirement house to parachute well connected ex-regulars & DXO at high pay.

If I am correct the working hours is from 830am to 545pm.
60-70hrs working hours work week means everyday have to do OT.

Erm... dude you don't join ST with the intention of leaving at 545pm. In my dept even the most off peak and earliest staff leave at 630pm. Leaving at 7-730pm is very common and sometimes during surge be prepared to stay till midnight.
