Default dsta salary

How much is dsta paying its fresh degree grad this year (2010) for engineer positions?

Few questions:

1. How much is the annual increment for average performer? How much 200 or 300? or how many % ?

2. How many months of bonus(exclusive AWS) does dsta give out for average performer?

3. How much is the annual package do I expect?

Thank you

Average performer - 10% or so.
Expect about 16 months x monthly salary.

Default Partially qualified Accountant in early forties

I am a partially qualified (Poly Diploma plus Chartered Secretary plus ACCA level 2) Accountant with more than 20 years of working experience, mainly in MNCs. My salary level is just slightly more than $4.5k per month. Am I grossly underpaid? After I left the company I was working in for more than a decade, I started to ask my peers with similar background and realised that some of them were already getting above $7k. It's really demoralising cause in my line, working long hours without OT pay is the norm rather than the exception. However, most job ads I saw were offering around $4k to $5k. But of course, they were not asking for someone with two decades of experience, mostly asking for around 3 to 6 years of experience.

Some of my peers' profiles:
- Poly with ACCA => VP in foreign bank, >$12k
- Poly with dist learning degree (non-reputable) => Accountant in financial industry,>$7k
- A level => VP in foreign financial institution, >$10k
- Poly with Chartered Secretary => Manager in Company Secretarial firm,>$10k
- NTU degree => Accountant in Medium size firm =>$10k

What is the current market rate for a Senior Accountant with 20years experience in
-MNCs
-listed financial organisation (local)
-listed financial organisation (foreign)

Usually around 3 to 5 months. 6 months on a very good year and 3-4 months on a so-so year.
