I changed numerous jobs since I graduated from SP. I took up part time professional accounting degree course and now I am drawing $5.5K pm + AWS + VB.
I am very contented with what I am now. To a lot of u out there, $5.5K is nothing but as a non-ambitious female, owning Car+Condo+Cash+Credit+Children, I am grateful I have it all. I don't job hop but when it's time to leave a company when you got tired of the job, I will. I came across colleagues who stay on in a company for more than 10 years, in the surface, they are loyal to the company. But underneath, their mentality of working style stay put since they joined the company. I am referring to those company who want loyal employee but stinge on training them up to move on with times. Are you one of these people who are loyal to the co and wanted to get more out from the company with not much contributions? |
