Hi all,

I also hold a Hons Degree in Marketing & Branding.

Turning 30 years soon and Monthly 11k.

Only 13th month AWS no bonus.

Notwithstanding it's veracity though, it makes me want to earn more and I like challenges!

I'm a business owner at age 25 making 10-13k a month though I put in 6.5 days work week, I think it's worth it knowing that keeping it this way will allow me to retire comfortably by 40.

Ultimately though, being a happy man trumps being a rich unhappy man, anytime. Of course I'd rather be rich and happy!
wow thats high pay at 25 years old... i am turning 30 years old soon in few months and working in advertising drawing 11k monthly salary.

But i am also a property agent part time and I make on the average 14K monthly from property sales.. bad months about 6-7K. Good months about >30K.

So in total if you do the math, I get about 25K a month.

How do I rate to you?

You are doing quite badly by my standards, you should work harder and put in more effort if you intend to retire comfortably by 40. Try doing other part-time like selling insurance, or driving a taxi. Don't be a slacker, Taylor, you should be working 24/7. You have to wake up your idea if you want to be successful in life. Life shows no mercy for losers like you.

Sorry dude I am no believer of 24/7 HARD work. It's about working smart not hard.

Taxi drivers earn only average 3 to 4 K if they are lucky and work HARD.

I have a friend who sells insurance in Great Eastern and he makes 20K a month up to >30K and he is only 27 years old.

He don't work hard, he works at his own pace.

Judging from your sentences, either you earn much more than me, i.e. > 25K total income or you are just admiring me and dream about what I am earning..

Cheers dude!

dude in your line, you can make enormous amount of money like 30 k a day and also lose 30k a day or much more.. Huge risk huge returns..

whereas for me .. 25K is guaranteed dude.. my risk is half urs or even much lower.. so my game is already upp.. haha

but as for you, you living your life of huge gamble .. here today your 30k, gone tomorrow or even make losses

i don't envy u.. but i pity u and ur lifestyle dude..

cheers!

I work SMART.. little risk ..

If my property sales is good on months, I have hit 30K on a few months alone excluding my advertising job salary 11K.

Hi Taylor, I am not one of the people who posted above, but have some questions regarding your property sales.

I am currently running a successful business with income comparable to yours. However, I had been a total failure when I tried property sales in the past. I just couldn't get any owner to give me exclusive. Gave up.

I have some questions:

1. How did you get your exclusives? (I prefer to get an answer from some one like you, who is not a full-time agent, rather than the full-time agents who may be recruiters with agendas and who promise the sky).

2. Won't the property sales affect your advertising job in the long term?

3. Do you think that property sales provide a better career prospect compared to advertising?
