All the ST subsidiaries standard 6-7% increase every year, just get a few years exp and move on after that.

depend on you performance, the annual increment range from 3%-5%(max for A grade).

I got 9.5% for A before. Aero side.

Elect always around 3% one.

Ur job scope anything related to SAF/army? If so, you will need to wait G50 clearance I believe. Call HR and ask?
