Last year I predicted 0.5 months. With the current economy data and tread, this year should be 0.35 months. On top, may give a lump sum e.g $200 to bump up and help the lower income group of CS. Lump sum I will not predict as the data required is not available online. Cheers!

Don't joke around, lump sum has never been the norm. There will not be any lump sum.

Lump sum may be for the lower income wage workers.

Pls dont be mean, even tough economy no good, they have been cutting head count everywhere, so with more work they could at least give us a decent amount.. suspect 0.5 for this yr.. they will only announce mid june.. any idea any festive advanve pay this july?

Hoping it will push my monthly salary into the 5 digit range... if not for my desire to serve our country, I would have left for a comfortable job in the private sector under finance. I was recently approached by headhunters offering a min 50% salary increment, not including hiring bounty which should be close to mid 5 figures.
