No i havent got the offer, just got had the 2nd round interview few days back

Work hard play hard culture. Salary on the lower-end but many development opportunities like overseas rotation(s). Some departments are more political than others and the expectation for you to perform is always there. Not much exit options though.. If money is not serious concern, it is a good development platform!

I heard the starting salary is low, but increments under JMP are 40-50% annual for the first few years.

Can i ask why is there not much exit option? isnt the work bosch do similar to say Siemens and other electrical conglomerate?
