It's a lousy company with poor management from all accounts. Don't waste your time

Not a bad program, comparable or even exceed other top fmcg like Unilever, BAT, P&G etc.

Can you share more?

Has anyone heard from Heineken yet? I've receieved no response at all from them yet..

The last I heard from them is to fill in a situation questionnaire on surveymonkey.

I know unlikely that I will even get an interview anyway. Must be dam bloody outstanding, there are a few thousand who applied for only 4 positions.

I am pretty sure you don't know what you are talking about.

P&G and Unilever have been ranked tops for leadership, career progression and with a stellar international brand name.

A comparable program is J&J.

I am in the industry and I know most programs - Tell me objectively, what makes Heineken superior? Brand, pay? What?

No one really cares. Its a company that sells alcohol

Don't get what you mean. Their operating style is just like typical FMGC coupled with their own brewery.

hi may i ask what type of questions are they? and what is your background in terms of education/work? i'm waiting for a reply from them... i dunno if i'm underqualified because i only have a bachelor's degree and without a MBA

I have a bachelor degree too. Don't think I am selected or what as I am not invited to any interviews.

why it is no good?

After survey, you will be invited to do some online test. That should be the 2nd stage.

What is their starting salary? No joke, pls reply only if you know for sure.

Did the survey about a week ago, still waiting for any further correspondence, online test or whatever..

online test came in on 1st April for selected candidates, due to expire on 4/4/16

have not receive any online test. does this mean im rejected alr?

nope :( not sure how they select. doubt it's grades cos i got a friend who got second lower but he got the aptitute test.

Did anyone receive a confirmation email after finishing the logic test? Usually after completing an online test there would be some statements say thank you for participating or sth. But for this one after submitting I did not see anything. feeling a bit insecure.
