CEO micromanages everything. Very stingy management.
Ever heard of any company "confiscating" festival gift from other companies, using them as lucky draw gift during company event? Yup, this is the one and only one.
I am looking for way out of this hole.

nothing unique lah, most local smes are like that... most dun even have lucky draw for u to win back.
