MOT (Ministry of Transport)
Hi folks,
I recently applied for an Executive post in the Ministry of Transport. I would like to find out more about the hiring process. I would appreciate it if anyone who have direct/indirect experiences with their recruitment process could help answer the following concerns that I have.
1) Is it the same as other government agencies where there are the standard two/three rounds of interviews? Are the interviews as tough as say ... MTI's or MFA's? *gulps*
2) Do they take long to contact you after you sent in your application?
3) How is the working culture like inside?
Thanks so much! Apologies that I had to resort to posting here - I would usually find the answers on my own from places like Glassdoor and such websites but it seems like no one has posted anything about MOT.
