Hi specdr, I asked as an outsider. All the while I tot drs are quite okie in earning. I din noe the variance can be that much. A Polyclinic doc versus say a restructured hospital doc. If they are at the same age, the hospital doc wins hands down. What I can't fathom is the poly doc is like working in a production line.

It is an open secret that MOH uses FTs in such 'factory' polyclinics. Don't believe go visit your closest polyclinic. Whether this practice is good or not for us older and poorer Singaporeans is the question.
