The cases aren't really management consulting types of cases; they're more like several big problems that they want you to tackle based on A LOT of data. And these questions are usually specific to your function. For instance, if you're a marketer, they will be testing your knowledge on branding, PR etc
It's not 100% academic but knowing theory can only help, especially in composing frameworks to make your answers succinct and easy to understand.

Thanks for all the help so far! If you don't mind, drop me an email at [email protected] and we can continue this conversation from there.
Thanks again.

Are you going in under their UFLP scheme in Singapore?

Hi,
IMO, base salary > allowance, anytime, anywhere.

Thanks to all for your inputs and keeping this thread running.
Any ideal when the other FMCG firms will start running their MA applications if at all?

P&G is a grad program, NOT MA and it focuses on hiring from its interns.
Loreal is ongoing right now though they aren't that good tbh. Nestle and Pepsi/Coke don't focus on hiring / recruiting.

Hi whats wrong with the Loreal program? Is the salary package too low?

Well, it's just a one year program, not much rotation, no overseas exposure etc. and salary, if I am not wrong, 3k+ only.
The top notch MA programs offer more rotations, mentorship, overseas exposure, and salary >$4k minimally.
