Nowadays poly education is quite low standard...
Easy to pass, and gets easier to pass, as the younger generation have more lousy attitude and pampering from home.
The teaching staff cannot fail too many students as the management frowns on it. Doesn't look good to have students taking extra semester or year to finish up for their diploma or worse, drop out.
By the way, I think the funding for poly from the govt also hinges on number of graduates produced, so... easy and easier to pass makes everyone happy.

Wow the OP/TS so pathetic? Kan people also got fantasy
Must be a lowly executive role who has no one under his care and want to exert it on interns. In my coy, interns are treated with respect - nobody dare to kan the interns in my dept unreasonably

must be really enjoyable for u and your colleagues to make kopi for yr interns every morning then. while u're at it, might as well do all the work for them and ask them what else they need so you can service them better.

respect them = make coffee for them? Don't anyhow put words in my mouth. End of the day, they are just cheap labor utilized by my company, make their life so hard for what?
Of course if you get those super lazy ones then you reprimand. But most interns i have dealt with are not lazy, considering their workload given is already so little.

Yes. I seen fair share of hardworking interns too. Why do people be so hard-up on interns, treat them with form of respect, you never know you might need their help next time in future.
