I might be going for interview at JTC...

but the increment they offer me really sux... abt 10%
However the agent told me if i were to compare my current annual and JTC annual package, it is already 20% increment.

Anyone can enlighten me on JTC working environment..etc?
BTW their budget is ard 5K.. I m 35 yr old guy here.

Their budget of 5k seems kinda low for a 35 year old guy. What role are u applying for?

What's the annual package they offering? Jtc is known for giving good bonuses

Normally 8-10% on average.

I'm planning to jump over Jtc frm another statboard.. Any laojiaos know how is the working culture like there?
