If you are being informed by your supervisor that your CEP is raised, are there any things to expect?
Issit that u will be promoted anytime soon?

Anyone can advise what do the CEPs mean for Stat board?

It means previously you were considered a guy/girl who could not progress much further maybe 1 level up at most (in 10 years time). However, as a result of your good performance over 2-3 years at least, the management has decided to raise you CEP by 1.
This puts you in a good position; you will be given more challenging work to prove your potential. If you manage to convince your managers that you are capable and suitable to handle it, the promotion will come next.
