Other than money, how's the working hrs, scope etc? If u intend to stay only 1 or 2 yrs, then no point. but if u stay longer, the long term benefits will definitely outstand everything. Like you confirm can get the bonus that u are worried, gain relevant experience and if it's a big firm, it looks good on CV too.
