Work life balance still ok, average 50 hr work week.

From what I heard, no difference. Btw, did they mention what's the approximate all-in annual pay (i.e. including bonus, etc.)?

Nope, no mention of how much is the variable bonus, it varies based on performance grade.

Depends, if FO type should be 14 - 18k basic + some sort of incentive based on your books.

boutique houses usually pay 30-40% higher as they cannot compete on brand name and career prospect to move up.

We are talking about boutique investment/trading houses here, not brokerages/advisory arms of small banks that dabble in mutual funds.
