They offered me with more than 3.2k for junior investment performance associate with 2months VB based on performance and and date of onboarding. 2nd upper local grad here and went through 3 rounds of interview. I sense that they are a firm that is very willing to train and sponsor its employee for training and education. Good luck to all those interviewing or working there!

3.2k and just a 14 mth package is very pathetic considering the working hours. Most stat boards are paying fresh degree grads above 3.4k on 16 mth package and they come with good training budget and further studies sponsorship as well...
Unless working there can lead to FO roles in investment banking or hedge funds, I don't see what's the point in joining them.

Investment performance is crucial work but still a operations role, hence the lower pay. For their FO positions i.e. research/investments, it is close to 5k. So thats slightly better although still lower than the industry FO standards. Would suggest that you go for the interview if given the opportunity and learn more about the firm. It is not always about the money and CA is known to have a collegial working environment.
