Resume issues
Hi all,
If a company that you had sent your resume in about 2 months ago request for an interview with you, but you had made some changes to your resume since then, would you give the interviewer the latest resume or the one that is sent 2 months ago? Thanks alot!

if/since you need to submit your resume again, then give the latest?
if those are changes to job respondsibilities or achievements, i might just elaborate during the interview.

since the interviewer is already interested in your background based on your past resume, why bother sending redundant information?
if is not broken, do not fix it!

Just bring it along to the interview and tell the HR person who receives you from the front door. Usually they will supersede the resume with your newer copy.
