Typical Interview Questions
what are some typical interview questions, especially for public sector?
i know some:
- tell me about yourself
- where do you see yourself in five years
- what is your ideal work environment
- what do you look for in a boss
- why do you want to work for us
- to you, what is the difference between public and private sector
- are you a team player or do you work better independently
but am i missing any? i'm v worried, my interviews have been quite hit-and-miss so i want to know if i'm missing out on any typical interview question i can prepare for.

The toughest question in any interview is definitely "Do you have any questions for me?"

If you are asking questions, don't ask about the benefits as the first question. ; )

It should never be a question for the line/hiring managers. You ask about benefits and pay when you meet the HR, not when you are interviewing with the managers.

I interviewed a girl yesterday. When I asked her if she wants to know anything about us, she asked these questions:
(1) How many days annual leave ?
(2) How many days MC allowed ?
(3) How many days hospitalisation leave?
