Head of Office - Salary?
Hi,
Can anyone share some insights as to what you think/know is a reasonable expected salary for someone who is heading an operations office of about 50 employees?
Cheers

Sorry. Its a role in financial services operations. Singapore-based American firm.
I am not sure what other information you need.

I would have thought that if you are heading a 50 man team, you would know how much you should be remunerated without asking on a forum.

Why would that be the case? I never say that I am heading a 50-man team now though, so perhaps you might have misread?

think you need to explain what is "head of office".
if i think it is what it is, some other fancy titles are "first impression officer", "office manager".... but "head of office" is really a title inflation for a receptionist role. with diploma-level qualifications then it should be around $2-3k per month.
