Allied Educator
Any ex or current allied educator can share about your jobscope? Seems like a relatively new scheme for grads.

Allied educators scheme has been around for many many years already. It is mainly for those who want to be teachers but cannot make so settle for allied educators instead. Career progression is much more limited compared to teachers and most of the time the allied educators are helping teachers to do the saikang. Teachers already have alot of saikang and so they try to past it to the allied educators who are their 'assistants'. So allied educators have lots of **** to do.
Be a teacher not a saikang allied educator if you want to join MOE.
