Does anybody know how much increment and bonus local hospitals get?

Does anybody know how much annual increment and bonus do local hospitals get?

will it follow civil service standards?

I just want to find out if the pay scale of an executive at NUH will hit at least 3.5 K, I will be asking for 3.5K. i ama degree holder, by the way.

No. It won't for fresh grad. Female without NS somewhere 2.5- 2.6k. Guys with NS ~2.9k

I have about 4.5 years of industry working experience, not including another 2 years of NS; would it make any difference then? What about a senior exec position?

is your industry experience relevant anot? if relevant then senior exec shouldnt be a problem.
hospitals isn't civil service, they don't really take NS into account. salary is lesser than stat board/ministries also.

bonus is not too bad i heard. about 3 months ba. increment depends. $100++, depending on ya performance lo

Yeah, my 4.5 years of experience is relevant, hope they can meet my asking salary.
