Relationship Manager V.S Personal Banker
Can someone enlighten me what is the differences between the two positions above? thank you!!

They are essentially salesman for the banks. Same job scope different name. DBS calls all their salesman RM while Citi calls their sales people personal bankers. But for Citi RM means personal bankers who are in privileged/private banking. Hope that helps

Junior RM/PB about 3k-5k a month.
Senior RM/PB with good sales record 8k-10k+ a month including commission. But lao jiao ones should have become priority banking RM for the slightly higher networth clients.
