Depends what you're doing. Of coz the sexy side is compliance advisory. But advisory can be in different areas (onboarding, securities desk,etc)but nonetheless most of them pay quite well.
The downside is that - you need to clock at least 3-5yrs of experience b4 one can move into advisory. Most ppl start from AML surveillance and control / kyc or screening (of coz you need to be up there for u to move). With regulations tightening everyday, experienced compliance individuals are hot shots.
