IT Diploma Holder seeking for advice
Hi! I am currently working as Associate Engineer in ST Electronics. When I start working in 2009, the starting pay is 1.7K, and now the pay is 1.9K.
My contractual term going to end at August this year. And currently I have job offer from other company offering 2.4K. So I not sure whether I should quit the current position and switch over.
I actually waiting for promotion and increment from ST for my next contractual, but I not sure how much will they offer. I like to seek advice from everyone here.
As I am 27 this year, and I find my pay really miserable. I now in dilemma whether should quit and go for better the offering from other company or remain at ST and wait and see their offer. Thanks!
