The interviewer was so arrogant and he looked down on me because I'm a fresh graduate and showed zero respect for me during the interview. If you do not wish to hire fresh graduates, then do not state that you welcome fresh grads to apply! It was so shocked at that moment that someone at such respectable position will actually speak like this and disrespect the interviewee.
Thinking back of this experience still makes my blood boils!

Since you are a fresh grad just take it as a lesson as you will meet more and more people 10 time worst in your work life

I didn't take the first three job offers (all with 2 yr bond) that were given to me. Some may say it is foolish to be picky but it was for the best, because what was offered, wasn't what I wanted to do. Best to take a few months off, and apply for something you like because it is very time wasting and difficult to change accounting specializations. All the best!

This only applies to people born before 1970...
Don't criticize a degree, it doesn't guarantee success but without it is guarantee no success... no degree, you won't even be granted an interview for decent jobs...unless you are talking about cleaner and dishwashing are you?
If a degree is not important, will people in their late 30s and 40s still go take part time degree? you think they have too much free time?
Unless you are a degree holder then you have the right to give such comment, otherwise if you do not have one, how are you to say one is not important?

Did you only start looking for a job after you graduated? If you did, you deserve it.
