What attracts you to a company?
Just wondering what factors of a company attracts you to work there:
1. Industry
2. Country of origin
3. Size
4. Company’s name recognition (ie, have I heard of this company before?)
5. Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) effort
What is your choice? Love to hear your comments!

1. Industry doesn't matter if you love your job
2. Any country as long as it provide job stability
3. Big enough to get promoted to the management level
4. Any company as long as it provide fair employment practice, like support NS/ICT/IPPT/RT, pregnant leave .
5. Must support work-life balance

4. Company’s name recognition (ie, have I heard of this company before - and whether it is heard to pay a lot?)
5. Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) effort - Not really.

Nobody cares about CSR. It's a ploy to keep the rank and file busy so they don't disturb the higher ups with whistle blowing and other nonsense.
