Noticed that recently many people discussing public service job. But in Singapore? Heard just a few percentage of young men would like to work in gov or SB? Isn't it?

it's been slightly more than 2 weeks since i last interviewed on the 1st wk of aug. Called to chk last wk on the status and was told the interview panel has not revert on the decision. seriously has no idea what's the outcome as of nw.

Usually if you do not get a reply from them within 2 weeks, most likely you have been rejected.

I'm in the same situation as u. I would believe that the interview panel has a rough idea of who to shortlist and who to recruit after the interview already, don't know why must drag so long.

not accurate one.. most job say 1 vacancy, but when i check with the panel, they say actually they looking for 4 people...
some will actually tell u that the no. of vacancy is secret, can't say... so depends..
funny thing is the job i applied for, the ad keeps on being re-post even after i was offered the job... so i guess they are very actively hiring...
