UOB Management Associate Programme vs DBS Technology Graduate Executive Programme
Did my research in this forum and found out that UOB management associates are paid $3.5k whereas analysts under DBS O&T graduate executive programme are paid $3.8k.
In term of career prospect, which is better? The UOB programme is not a generalist one and the incumbent gets to choose a functional area he/she is interested in, e.g. O&T. I tend to think that DBS has better prospect since it is the largest bank in Singapore and focuses on Asia at large. But the graduate programme is a separate one from its MA programme. Any input from banking professionals? :) |
