SIM graduate starting pay and salary ?

How am I doing?

Sim 2nd upper bnf
Drawing 3k in finance industry non sales
Bonus was 5.5 months for 2013
Knock off at 6pm daily. Only overtime once in 2013 until 9.30pm

Is this okay for a fresh grad?

Frankly it's neither good nor bad. it's average.

actually I'm more curious what role this is. Can knock off at 6pm but have 5.5 mth bonus. pvb MO?

I'm graduated from SIM UOL accounting and finance with 2nd upper honours.

I'm a fresh graduate (no experience) starting pay $2300, working as an accounts executive in a MNC.

Am I under paid ? cause my friend are drawing around $2800.

really? i tot all the sim fresh grad here earn 3k n above working in prestigious banks etc

Quite. But stay on if you can't find other opptys

how am I doing compared to my peers?

33 this year, grad from UOL. take home 97 grand, travel for biz 25-30% of the time, average 1-2 times per month. when not traveling can knock off on time 80% of the time
