Salary Increment Rate

Saw one article that says for singapore graduates, expected increment yearly is $200 to $300 per year. Got one time, i received a $300 increment but that was because I hit more than double my KPI. when I didn't not hit my KPI, my annual increment was $80........

Anyone is working in the construction industry able to share the range for increment or bonus?

Started in 1999 around 3k + and now after 15 years can reach 15k. Medical locum GP. But only 5 % increment the last 4 years.

$50 increment and 4 months bonus. More than 2 years ago.

I've been in the same company since day one. I've had 7 different job rotations in that time though.

last year i got 6%. this year i got 5%

Last year 9.3%, this year 8.8%. O&G industry with good performance grading

1st salary increment for me after joining as a fresh grad. 10%. O&G. European MNC.
