Default Working Culture at Informa

Hi can anyone here share what is the working culture like in Informa?

I understand that they are amongst Britain's Top Employers, but that will be their UK office. Wondering if it will be the same in SG?

Appreciate a lot you guys feedback on the working culture, pay package- yearly increment, bonuses that Informa provides.

A small UK company with very small setup in Asia.

Their profit margins are razor thin. Usually such companies tend to have weak increments & bonuses as everything is about cutting cost.

Where did you get this from? I never heard of them appear in any list of top employers...
