The people who comes to this forum...
I have noticed from most forum posts, almost everyone posting here seems to have a degree or higher education and working in various management positions.
The lack of discussion for positions below junior management had me puzzled if
1) Everyone here are not lowly educated (since degree is now the new norm) thus no "lousy" jobs are discussed
2) People working in "lousy" jobs are too busy working to surf this forum
3) "lowly" educated people are simply not bothered about their job ( path, job, bonus, etc etc)
4) There is simply nothing to discuss in "lousy" job, after all cleaner is still cleaner after 30years, otherwise retrenched/replace by FTs

Those of us without a nice job title (or no title at all) feel overawed by the other posters.... so after reading for a while, we switch over to Online Citizen website. ; )
