Very hard to say, sembcrop you have to go by grade, not title.
Like my previous title so satki “Project Resources Senior Manager”, but grade only M3 (not even considered manager internally). They give out a lot of manager title, even the M1 and M2 also called manager, usually to fake the promotion for the old birds.
SVP I not sure, but rule of thumb is if you don’t see their name in sembcorp annual report, then is fake title not very senior.

Yar, I suspect most GLC use the same grade classification, my firend from Singtel say is the same. Dio stuck at M2 is very common, I think M3 is the default retirement rank for GLC, i.e. for most people who stay there for very long, you will likely get your M3 in your late 40s / early 50s.
That’s why I left cauz I’m only 39 this year and got no intention to get stuck for rest of my career there with no increment because hit max already.

with no increment, that's equivalent to getting a pay cut every year, due to inflation.

Thanks for the info. It helps quite a lot.
May I know which grade the title "AVP" belongs to?
And how much does AVP earn?

AVP should be either M4 or M5 because I know my big boss last time VP is M6.
M4 is around 9 - 10k on average and M5 is about 12k is my best guess. I am estimating based on the grades and pay of a few colleagues I know who work in GLC, so should be quite accurate.

E5 - Executive
E6 - Senior Executive
M1 - Asst Manager
M2 - Manager
M3 - Manager / Director / Assistant Vice President
M4 - Senior Manager / Deputy Vice President
M5 - Vice President
M6 - Senior Vice President
G1 - President
Not sure if they are the same across GLC. Do share other pay grade that you know of.

The grades are correct, but the job titles wrong.
Yours are external ones, the real titles are nowhere as high.
E5 - Executive
E6 - Executive
M1 - Senior Executive
M2 - Senior Executive
M3 - Assistant Manager
M4 - Manager
M5 - Manager
M6 - Senior Manager
