It could simply be the case that the scholars produce better quality work, and therefore get promoted faster, and not that they get promoted simply for being scholars...

GIC of course favours scholar.
My friend in NUS got in with a first class honors. Working as some strategist.
I HAVE NEVER hear of anyone with a lower degree getting their butt in.

sorry for the random questions which is on the other end of salary ranges
i applied for a temp admin job at gic and stated 2k, is that too low considering the fact that it's GIC? btw i'm a singaporean, diploma holder, ard 1.5 years of work exp
