That's way too high.
If it's ok to ask, what is the gauge for fresh grad? I don't think it's that high too...

If they ask for latest payslip (worked part time after graduation while looking for FT job), does it mean they are offering pay package based on PT job and disregarding fresh grad status?

TIA!

You must have a thick hide to be a constituency manager.
If you are a wallflower, this is not the job for you.
You have to visit the homes of all residents when accompanying
your advisor on house visits.
This is when the wayang starts...exchange pleasantries,
shake hands, take photos, pretend to be sympathetic when
residents tell you their grouses.
The type of resident I hate the most is the obnoxious educated male retiree.
Just because he can speak English and reads the Straits Times, he thinks
he is so worldly-wise and how can you compare with his years of experience?
He has all the time in the world to argue with you (since he have nothing to do
anyway) and seeing that smug, conceited look on his face makes me want to
smack him real bad.
I am glad I left that soul sucking job and the greatest satisfaction I get is that I
can tell obnoxious people off and can be even more obnoxious than them if I please.

PA takes their own sweet time to call applicants up for interview and etc.
If I didn't remember wrongly, one of my batch mates was offered the job
6 months after the interview which by the time he'd already found a new job
and quit and in the midst of finding another. He had forgotten all about PA until
they called him up.
