Do PA normally update the application status (in process, successful, unsuccessful) on Career@Gov? Or they don’t?

Beware new hires or those looking to join pa.. do not join just because of the pay. Very high turnover rate. Every month also have new hire..

I'm 6month into the job at one of the cc. In my batch of new hires 2 already quitted during the 1st 3-6 months.

Thou i have to say different cc have different culture. Generally most cc have very bad working culture. U either tahan and stay long or give up very early..

I'm giving up soon..

High turnover yet their application is rather slow

I agree with what he said about the extreme high turnover rate.
When I left after about 2.5 years in, I was the only CM left in my batch.
Most left after 1 year, unable to endure anymore. Yes, it mostly depends on
the CC you get posted to but Singaporeans are Singaporeans in every CC you get
posted to and when your main job is to make them happy, you know how difficult that is.
Not a day goes by without the residents complaining about something...
You can't please everyone and you end up being sandwiched between.

I posted this.

I have gave up. 1 month notice starting today.

It's not because of the residents but DCD of my co. I'm just so pissed with her.
