Career progression for risk management related position

for me i'm more mid-back office .. 5 yrs exp, 6k / mth exclusive bonus... think its time to jump next year.. lets see how my bonus is for this year.

Definitely time for u to jump. That money is kind of at the low side for the exp

For me is front office

The analyst are team according to region with the front end guys
And bonus is structured same way as industry average(ratio thingy)

Hi all!

I know there is a lot of knowledge in this thread in terms of risk management josb in sg (credit, market,ops...) so i hope to get some advice from you.

I m planning on moving to sg soon to develop my profesional career... as spain is not the best place to be right now..

My background is Ms in Finance plus CFA program completed (not received charter yet). In terms of profesional experience 2.5 years in Credit Risk Systems in a top international commercial bank and 1 year in financial management roles.

What chances do you think i may have on getting a job in Singapore? i m not concerned about salaries, i m mostly concerned about getting interviews and landing a job where i can expand my professional career.

Any suggestions/ideas?
