SIA Engineering Company
hi, i got a question... lets say i am a fresh grad of EEE from ntu and going to work for SIA Engineering Company... what kind of pay will i get?

Anyone knows how much does a Senior Manager earn in SIA EC?
And how it compares to SIA itself? (assuming same grade and years of experience)

the last time noe my friend 2nd lower NTU, getting 2.6K starting (with NS) with siaec in 2007july...now should be getting 3.8-3.9K????

Very unlikely. SIA and all their subsidiaries around 3-4% increment every year and IIRC there was a pay freeze in 2009 also. Even if got promotion on the 2nd year I estimate at most 3.5k max.
