Casual employment - full timer salary

Hi every 1 here.

I am a fresh Diploma holder who plans to take on full time work before upgrading myself in the near future.

Recently i've been offered a job and they are still deciding on the package to offer me. Meanwhile, they have decided that i can start working as a casual employee there who is paid 8/hr for a week or two before they confirmed on the package.

I am wondering, if the package offered to me would be better paid than the 8.hr that i am offered for this week or two. I am worried it might be significantly lower as full timer has numerous incentives and it might cause the salary to be lower..

Please advise...
