I'm a school teacher with 3 yrs teaching exp. current pay slightly over 4k. Which pax would I expect to be if I want to teach in a poly? how long does a lecturer take to be promoted to the next pax?

Does the poly support part time masters studies while teaching?

Not a smart guy, been working in institutional banking as a research analyst. Front office and bonus is very good

The salary adjustments have happened mostly when I am close to the bar. As a result, I am forced to fall far behind the bar. After that it takes 2-4 years for me to get back close to the bar and the cycle repeats.

I just got a letter stating that i got promoted to PAX 4A, but it did not mentioned if my job title has been changed to Senior Lecturer. But PAX 4A is for senior lecturers etc, is it possible that they put me on PAX 4A but job title remains as Lecturer?
