Wah.. like that those who got the 15% pay increment last year will get again this year.. so far i have not receive any news from vital about any pay increment leh.. i am an mso in the MHA group... hope will be a good increment... haha...

need help here. I'm a MSO.
currently under probation earning gross $2062.
after completing my probation of one year and confirmation to be permstaff,
how much increment shld one get?

I heard normal $100 yearly increment.. not sure true or not.. i hit one year this aug..

yup. tats what i heard too.
upon confirmation u are a permstaff upon completing ur probation,
u will get a one off increment. not sure how much.
mine is this june

Start off MSO grade 6.. after 1 year confirmation auto go grade 5 is it?

no leh. to jump to grade 5, u need 4-5 yrs experience.
