what i heard from a fellow hi-po mate was, decent grades (I assume is B), and I heard he shone in some of the course that he took, and was thus identified for Hi-PO.

Exact details not sure, but u gotta shine in the modules or courses you take and maybe highlight it to mgmt

Not just academic stuff. I scored mostly As in my degree and also got a medal for best academic thesis and project in my honors cohort of that year, and I'm not even nominated for the 'young promising officers' tag.

my friend's wife working in ministry, in her late 30's
she is one of the so call more impt personnel in the ministry holding middle management.

Her ministry in order to prevent/reduce such personnel from quitting/leaving the ministry, give her $10000 to bond her for every 3 months to the ministry on top of the annual bonus/aws...

mean get $10000 every quarter for 3 months bond

Is this consider Hi-po
