I guess the reason why engineering industry is so lousy today is because companies knows that those who end up working in this industry, who willingly subject themselves to long hours and low wage isn't very smart to start with.. these engineers can't really go anywhere else because of their poor people skills and poor communication skills.....
so even if paycut until peanuts salary... they will also "lan lan" accept because they got no choice.. Sad man...

Ahh.. But thatz the greatest misconception in life... It doesn't mean working hard will guarantee you success... In fact, to achieve success in life... most of the time, it's getting the hardworking people to slog for you while you relac one corner.. They spent their lives for you.. You reap the rewards and give them a little bit of leftovers...

Good strategy. How do one reach that state in the first place?

Engineer mind are robotic and follow rules and fix problems created by fool. The trick is money is never earn by works done under existing system created by Money Lord.

Bankers ( google its history ) create a financial systems that rules the world with government and central banks as front line ( psychic soldiers ) before the next level of soldiers stepped in ( police and soldiers ) to suppress riots which kill. The original form is cultlike Roman religious priest rules by God. Later by government of force and now higher up in a systems of rules shielded them and unknown from the world.

All workers are equally slaves including those wrote 48 powers who are still a supervisors working on top of engineers. Engineer should trace to root cause of the problem and the look no further than the systems itself and not any human.

Our society is engineer by illuminati members currently rule by King of the king Nathaniel Philip Rothschild for few thousand years. Bankers and rulers create a system to generate FIAT money for themselves and the rest have to earn it. Money lord create money and you use it. Look no further the king of the king bankers Goldman Sach and JP Morgan.

The only way to break this system is to start using money which is not created by anyone - Gold/Silver. Bible state this is the only true form of money from creators. All other human invention like credits/bonds/insurance/paper notes/coins/debit card/vouchers are all FIAT money which have no values except the power behind it.

Since they are under Temasek maybe is the N, E & M grading system... Each letter has a number after it that shows your rank. Last time I was E4 in PSA then jump to ST Marine become E5, think they all use the same grading system.

Default Workign in Singapore Power

The other good thing working in SP is the mileage that u can claim. $0.65 per km. So make sure u get a position where u r required to travel around island wide. Or else the bonus there sucks, only 2 months (average).

No need to do whatever test paper lah.... You just need to demostrate during the interview that you are cheap and good.. Show them that you've got a " can do" attitude and willing to work free OT whenever required... they like pple who always do extra, they will feel that you are responsible employee... they hate pple who always can't wait to dash out of the office at 530pm, these pple will kenna labelled as bo chup and get lower bonus... Good luck for the interview... BTW, the salary increment is peanuts.. So my advice is to upgrade yourself while you are in there so you can go further in life... Good luck!!
